1.材料棒骨剁开,要不太大不好下锅

2.冷水下棒骨,放入姜片,料酒,大火煮开转小火煮一会

3.酸菜用清水多泡一会,去掉涩味

5.冷水下锅,放入焯水的棒骨,酸菜,姜,葱花,有八角的放一粒八角

6.大火煮开转小火,煮大概20-25分钟少放一点点盐,因为酸菜已经有盐了,盐不要放多
